The Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan (SMBZAN) Institute of Cardiology, Quetta invites applications for the following positions, purely on a contract basis. The details are mentioned below:

1. Junior Registrar (Cardiac Surgery)

• BPS: 17
• No of Posts: 02
• Qualification and Experience:
  • MBBS or equivalent
  • FCPS II training completed in Cardiac Surgery (Preference shall be given to FCPS qualified candidates)

2. Specialized Nurse (ICU/Paeds ICU)

• BPS: 16
• No of Posts: 03
• Qualification and Experience:
  • BSN or Diploma in General Nursing with 01 year specialization from a nursing school recognized by PNC
  • Registration with PNC
  • 03 to 05 years of experience in Cardiac ICU/Cardiac Paeds ICU

3. Specialized Nurse (CCU)

• BPS: 16
• No of Posts: 02
• Qualification and Experience:
  • BSN or Diploma in General Nursing with 01 year specialization from a nursing school recognized by PNC
  • Registration with PNC
  • 03 to 05 years of experience in Cardiac CCU

4. Specialized Nurse (ER)

• BPS: 16
• No of Posts: 02
• Qualification and Experience:
  • BSN or Diploma in General Nursing with 01 year specialization from a nursing school recognized by PNC
  • Registration with PNC
  • 03 to 05 years of experience in Cardiac Emergency

5. General Staff Nurse (Cardiac Rehab)

• BPS: 16
• No of Posts: 02
• Qualification and Experience:
  • Diploma in General Nursing with 01 year specialization from a nursing school recognized by PNC
  • Registration with PNC
  • 01 to 02 years of experience in Cardiology (Dip Card), Cardiac Surgery, ICU, ER, or Anesthesia

6. Civil Engineer

• BPS: 17
• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification and Experience:
  • BS/BE Civil Engineering degree from HEC recognized University
  • Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as a professional engineer
  • At least 07 to 10 years of experience in the related field (Hospital experience preferred)

7. Assistant (HR)

• BPS: 16
• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification and Experience:
  • MBA from HEC recognized institute/university
  • 07 to 10 years of experience in HR (Hospital experience preferred)
  • Must be familiar with medical terminologies

8. Electromedical Supervisor

• BPS: 14
• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification and Experience:
  • BS/BE Bio Medical/Electronics Engineering from an HEC recognized board or institute
  • Must be registered with PEC
  • At least 03 to 05 years of post-qualification experience in the Electromedical field in public/private sector organizations (Preference will be given to those having experience in the health industry)

9. Blood Bank Supervisor

• BPS: 14
• No of Posts: 01
• Qualification and Experience:
  • BS MLT with lab technician/blood banking diploma from a recognized Govt institute
  • 01 to 02 years of experience in Blood Banking

4. Shortlisted Candidates: The list will be uploaded on the website. Interview dates will be communicated after shortlisting.
5. Interview: Bring one complete set of attested documents, CNIC, CV, two passport size photographs, experience letter, and original documents. Incomplete documents will not be entertained.
6. Contract Details: Selected candidates will be offered a contract appointment for a period of 01 year, extendable based on performance. Initial probation period of three months as per SMBZAN ICQ regulations.
7. Quota: Reserved for females, disabled persons, and minorities will be observed accordingly.
8. Merit-Based Appointment: Preference will be given to Local/Domicile of Balochistan province.
9. Government Employees: Must submit NOC at the time of document submission.
10. Remuneration: Attractive packages commensurate with market salaries.
11. Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions as per requirement.
12. No TA/DA: No travel allowance/daily allowance will be admissible for the interview.
