Education: B.E. (Textile, Industrial Engineering), MBA from an HEC / PEC recognized institute. Supply Chain specialization / diploma / certification will be preferred. Experience: 18+ years experience in Supply Chain with minimum 5 years in a lead role with large scale textile companies, preferably in Knitwear Apparel business. Skills: In-depth knowledge and experience of heading the Supply Chain function and must have strong knowledge of strategic demand planning, inventory management, material resource planning, and vendor development & management. Experience in process automation, ERP and business intelligence applications, and project management. |
Education: B.Sc. Textile Engineering (Garment Manufacturing) / MBA or equivalent degree from an HEC / PEC recognized institute. Experience: 15+ years relevant experience in a large scale export based Knitwear Apparel manufacturing concern. Skills: Sound knowledge and experience of cutting planning and execution in an automated environment where production targets are achieved in-line with quality parameters and material goals through implementing Lean methodologies, process improvement, and waste minimization. Education: B.Sc. Textile / Garment / Fashion Design from an HEC / PEC recognized institute. Graduates from PIFD/NCA will be preferred. Experience: 15+ years relevant experience in large scale textile companies, preferably in the Knitwear Apparel manufacturing business. Skills: Sound knowledge of global designs, trends & insights related to the knitwear apparel industry. Experties to conceive, design and deliver the new product designs as per different customer / market requirements, identify and evaluate market opportunities, business projections & trends, liaise with all division heads to align the new customer / market strategy requirements. Proficiency in using 3D / Digital sampling tools. |
Education: B.Sc. Textile Engineering (Garments Manufacturing) or-MS TOM / Industrial Management / MBA from an HEC / PEC recognized institute. Certifications of Quality Management Systems and Lean Six Sigma will be an added advantage. Education: B.Sc. / MS Textile Engineering (Garment Manufacturing) from an HEC / PEC recognized institute. Experience: 18+ years experience in knitwear product development and dyeing processes with minimum 5 years in a lead role in a large scale Knitwear Apparel manufacturing concern. Skills: Experience in leading the Product Development & Design function with in-depth knowledge of textile materials and their characteristics, knitwear manufacturing processes (knitting, cutting, stitching, dyeing, printing, embellishment, and finishing), fabric properties, knitwear market trends, new product design and developments, sample development, costing, and International Quality and EHS standards. Good understanding of knitwear market, yarns and fabric properties, customer needs and testing protocols, environmental & compliance regulations. Should be able to validate product designs, identify constraints, and provide corrective actions. |

Experience: 15+ years experience with minimum 5 years as Head of Engineering Department, managing a diverse team (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & HVAC, Plant Maintenance) with large scale manufacturing concerns. Skills: Hands-on experience in utilities & installation, electrical distribution systems, compressed air system, civil works, manufacturing equipment maintenance, EHS standards and evaluation of engineering contractors/vendors in the light of manufacturing standards, best Practices, and researches. |
Education: MBA Marketing or equivalent degree from an HEC / Foreign recognized institute.
