Terms and Conditions: Applicants are required to apply online through job portal on apply.imsciences.edu.pk The hard copy of online Application Form along with the updated CV, duly attested photocopies of all DMCs/transcripts, Degrees, Certificates, CNIC, Experience Certificates, detail of research publications in HEC recognized journals, Distinction Certificates (Gold medal, if any), detail of completed research projects as Principal Investigator (PI)/Co Principal Investigator (Co-PI), three passport size photographs and with a challan form/payment deposit slip (non-refundable Rs. 4,000/- for serial No. 1; Rs. 3,000/- for serial No. 2; Rs. 2,500 for serial No.3 & Rs. 2,000 for serial No. 4) shall reach the Registrar/Establishment Section of the Institute in sealed envelope (with the position applied for clearly mentioned on the envelope) on or before Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the address given
below.
Note: Submission of both online and hard copy of the application is mandatory. In case, any of the two is missing, the application will not be entertained.
Other Conditions:
(1) For the posts at serial 1, 2 & 3, in-service PhD faculty at IMSciences may apply on SPS. The Ph.D. candidates applying from outside shall apply for TTS only.
(2) Candidate must not have 3rd division throughout his/her academic career.
(3) Other parameters communicated by the HEC from time to time will also be considered for appointments. (4) Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.
(5) The candidate serving in government, semi government and autonomous institution must apply through proper channel.
(6) Information claimed in online application form will be treated as final, subsequent claims of experience, research publications, research projects and distinctions certificates, earlier not given in online application form, shall not be accepted.
(7) Candidates applying for more than one position shall deposit a separate fee challan and upload against the relevant application.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test and/or interview. Incomplete application and/or received after due date will not be considered. The Institute reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold or not to fill any advertised post or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be admissible.
