?? General Instructions
Contract Duration:
Initial appointment is for 2 years, extendable up to 8 years based on performance and requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
All applicants must be retired personnel from the Armed Forces of Pakistan, and physically fit to perform security duties.
Termination Clause:
Either party (NACTA or the appointed individual) may terminate the contract with one-month notice.
Shortlisting & Interview:
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

Age Limit Calculation:
Age will be calculated based on the closing date of application submission.
Medical Fitness:
A valid Medical Fitness Certificate from an authorized body will be required.
Final Selection:
Final appointment is subject to security clearance and verification of documents.
?? Duties and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
Monitor and control boundary walls through watch towers.
Manage and secure main gates of NACTA HOS Building.
Regulate entry/exit of employees and visitors.
Oversee incoming/outgoing vehicles and equipment.
Operate modern security systems.
Implement security SOPs and protocols.
Conduct mobile and perimeter patrolling (hang around duties).
Prevent external interference (social, political, or other pressure groups) in operational matters.

In case of forged or false information, NACTA reserves the right to cancel the candidature at any stage, even post-appointment, and take legal action.
