Project Implementation Unit, Improving Workforce Readiness Project in Punjab
The Project Implementation Unit of the Improving Workforce Readiness Project in Punjab, funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), is seeking qualified individuals with Punjab domicile for contract-based positions. The details for the available positions are as follows:
1. Deputy Director (Contract Management and M&E)
Payscale: 8 (PKR 218,750 - 358,750)
Positions: 01

Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master's degree.

Experience:
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in Procurement, Contract Management, and/or Monitoring & Evaluation, preferably in the public sector.
- Proven experience in procurement and contract management of goods, works, and services.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Preference for candidates with experience in foreign-funded projects or relevant experience with international organizations and government institutions.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
2. Deputy Director (Digital Platform/Technical Coordinator)
Payscale: 8 (PKR 218,750 - 358,750)
Positions: 01

Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Public Policy, Education, International Development, Business Administration, IT, Software Engineering, Project Management, or a relevant field from an internationally recognized university.
- Preferred: Master's degree.

Experience:
- At least 10 years of professional experience in international development programs, focusing on technical project management and software systems deployment.
- Experience in formal and non-formal education settings.
- Strong background in user-centered design and experience in database systems development and training.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Preference for candidates with foreign-funded project experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years.
3. Assistant Director (Monitoring & Evaluation-Civil Works)
Payscale: 7 (PKR 157,500 - 258,300)
Positions: 01

Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field; Master's in Civil Engineering/Construction Management/Project Management is preferred.

Experience:
- 8 years of general experience, with 5 years as an M&E Specialist/reporting specialist for major infrastructure projects.
- Proven monitoring, coordination, evaluation, and reporting experience.
- Preference for candidates with foreign-funded project experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
4. Assistant Director (Curriculum)
Payscale: 7 (PKR 157,500 - 258,300)
Positions: 01

Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering disciplines.
- Preferred: Master's degree or above.

Experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in the public sector.
- Strong communication and IT skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Preference for candidates with foreign-funded project experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
5. Assistant Director (Technical Content)
Payscale: 7 (PKR 157,500 - 258,300)

Qualification:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Education, Public Policy, or a suitable discipline.
- Preferred: Master's degree.

Experience:
- 8 years of experience in curriculum development, focusing on technical content.
- Strong communication and IT skills; proficiency in MS Office.
- Preference for candidates with foreign-funded project experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
