Our client, a reputable company based in Karachi, is seeking to appoint experienced and dynamic professionals for the following role:
Junior Management Position – Sales (South)
Client Relationship Management:
Establish, nurture, and sustain strong B2B relationships with key clients including industrial customers, distributors, and supply chain partners.
Customer Engagement & Solutions:
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to understand customer needs, deliver technical product knowledge, and recommend customized solutions.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with business clients to ensure mutual benefit.
Technical Advisory:
Provide expert guidance on chemical products, including usage, applications, and safe handling practices. Keep abreast of industry regulations, compliance standards, and chemical safety protocols.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical industry such as potential partnerships, distribution expansions, and entry into niche markets.
Sales Analytics:
Prepare detailed sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports for review by senior management.
KPI Monitoring:
Track sales metrics including revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition. Implement corrective measures as needed to achieve targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Planning:
Design and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy tailored to the chemical industry in the assigned region.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to continuously enhance sales strategy.
Industry Knowledge:
Possess deep understanding of the industrial chemicals sector, including market dynamics, procurement processes, and regulatory frameworks.
Minimum 16 years of education.
Preferably a Master’s degree from a HEC-recognized university or a foreign institution of equivalent standing.
Fields of study can be single or interdisciplinary in nature, aligned with the sales/chemical industry.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a comparable sales role within a large national or multinational company.
Comprehensive knowledge of the chemicals industry.
Strong technical and regulatory compliance expertise.
Ability to build strategic client relationships and explore growth-oriented sales initiatives.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in industrial chemicals trade.
Candidates should preferably be not more than 33 years old as of the last date of application submission.
