Career Opportunity: Middle Management Position - Corporate Brand & Events
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
- Enhance corporate brand identity, personality, and essence through continuous improvement.
Brand Communication & Media Planning
- Design and implement effective brand communication strategies, including media planning, budgeting, and selection.
- Manage ATL media, including electronic, print, outdoor, and other channels.
Agency Collaboration & Creative Assets
- Collaborate with agencies to develop artworks, designs, and campaigns.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns, events, and activities.
Budget Management & Process Coordination
- Manage departmental budgets for advertising, social media, publications, and collateral design/production.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities, set brand planning calendars, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Event Management & Sponsorships
- Oversee promotional events to create brand awareness and identity.
- Manage sponsorship portfolios to maximize brand mileage through digital branding, installations, and event venue branding initiatives.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from a renowned and HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2-6 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Strategic Marketing Expertise: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
- Collaborative Leadership: Skilled collaborator with a talent for influencing stakeholders, building cross-functional relationships, negotiating with peers, and driving alignment.
- Holistic Thinking: Strategic mindset with expertise in business, creative, planning, and targeting.
- Decisive Action: Proven ability to make critical decisions under pressure and respond effectively to security incidents.
- Diverse Team Management: Experienced leader with a track record of managing and leading diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.
