Our client, a Karachi-based company, is hiring for several positions and seeks experienced professionals in the following roles:


1. MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - PROCUREMENT & SERVICES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for effective procurement.
  • Collaborate with key personnel to ensure clarity on specifications and company expectations.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to optimize terms.
  • Supervise vendor pre-qualifications to expand the vendor base and ensure compliance with PPRA rules.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and PPRA standards at all procurement stages.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage procurement budget and promote cost-saving initiatives.
  • Review technical evaluations for compliance and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of education, preferably a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering from a reputable HEC-recognized university.
  • MCIPS certification is preferred.
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in a similar role in a national or multinational organization, including 4 years of related functional experience.
  • Age: Preferred under 40 years.

2. JR./MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - TALENT ACQUISITION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process from requisition to onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment data (cost, budget, turnaround time, etc.) and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and leverage social media for talent sourcing.
  • Regularly update recruitment databases and track records.
  • Coordinate with departments to assess manpower needs and initiate recruitment processes.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of education, ideally a master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role with large organizations.
  • Age: Preferred under 40 years.

3. MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - SOLUTION ARCHITECT (Oracle APEX)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, aligning solutions with business and architectural strategies.
  • Develop Oracle APEX architectures, data models, and workflows.
  • Ensure solutions meet organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Mentor developers and foster a learning environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for APEX application integration and deployment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, ideally a master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • 6 years of relevant experience with Oracle APEX, including PL/SQL, Oracle REST Data Services, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and security best practices.
  • Age: Preferred under 40 years.

4. ENERGY EFFICIENCY & RESOURCE CONSERVATION SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct energy and resource audits and identify efficiency improvements.
  • Design energy-efficient solutions for HVAC, lighting, and renewable energy systems.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, and design teams on energy-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
  • Evaluate and manage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and stay informed on energy-efficient technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a master’s in Engineering or a related field, such as Energy Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with relevant certifications like CEM or LEED.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, renewable energy technologies, and ASHRAE regulations.
  • Age: Preferred under 33 years.
