Job Title: Head of Business Development

Job Summary:

• Originate opportunities and develop industry relationships.
• Present innovative leasing/PPA renewable solutions (solar PV, battery storage, wind) to commercial and industry clients.
• Lead renewable project execution during the planning and construction phases.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, oversee site execution, and lead project teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and report on performance and progress.

Job Title: Head of Project Management

Job Summary:

• Manage renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee all project activities, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and on time.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Job Title: Manager Project Execution

Job Summary:

• Responsible for project execution during planning and construction phases.
• Ensure that projects meet quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and manage contractor relationships.

Job Title: Manager Business Development - Technical

Job Summary:

• Lead technical expertise with PV designers to develop integrated energy designs.
• Run software simulations, draft BOQs, and collaborate with clients' engineering teams to offer customized energy solutions.

Job Title: Manager Product Sourcing

Job Summary:

• Ensure efficient sourcing of materials, equipment, and services for renewable energy projects.
• Conduct pre-qualification of vendors and manage supply chain logistics.

Qualifications Required

1. Head of Business Development:

   • Master’s degree in Business/Engineering.
   • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the energy or related field.

2. Head of Project Management:

   • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
   • PMP certification is highly desirable.
   • Minimum 8 years of professional experience.

3. Manager Project Execution:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
   • Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
   • PMP certification is highly desirable.

4. Manager Business Development - Technical:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
   • Minimum 6 years of professional experience.

5. Manager Product Sourcing:

   • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering.
   • Minimum 6 years of product sourcing experience.

Age Criteria:

• For positions 1 and 2, the candidate should preferably be under 45 years of age.
• For positions 3, 4, and 5, the preferred age is under 35 years.

Company Secretary Opportunity

Job Title: Company Secretary

Job Overview:
Our client, a Karachi-based company, seeks an experienced and seasoned professional to serve as the Company Secretary for its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, goal-driven, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee subsidiary-related activities in line with governing laws, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Companies Law and SECP requirements.
• Manage board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, working papers, and minute-taking.
• Maintain statutory registers and corporate documents.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual governance reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory filings (SECP, SBP, PSX, CDC, etc.).
• Authenticate, sign, and seal company documents as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s from a recognized HEC institution or equivalent foreign degree.
• Membership in a recognized professional body of accountants or corporate secretaries.

Experience Required

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in a large organization, with at least 5-7 years in a senior corporate governance role.

Age Requirement:

• The candidate should preferably be under 45 years of age.
