HR Business Partner (AVP/VP)
Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner
Educational/ Professional Qualification
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
- Preferred: Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Public Administration, or HR-related professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP).
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in Human Resources.
- Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the financial sector.
- Skills: Proven success in various HR and functional areas within dynamic environments.
Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
- Hands-on experience in planning, development, and execution of HR projects.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Good business and financial acumen.
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business groups to understand requirements and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
- Develop partnerships between management and employees.
- Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Manage nationwide HR special projects.
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Oversee and reengineer HR processes for maximum efficiency.
- Manage the annual performance management cycle.
- Improve workplace relationships, productivity, and retention.
- Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary procedures in coordination with Employee Relations Division.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
