01. Position/ Job Title

HR Business Partner (AVP/VP)
Reporting to: Senior HR Business Partner


Educational/ Professional Qualification

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC.
  • Preferred: Candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Public Administration, or HR-related professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CHRP).

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in Human Resources.
  • Preferred: Experience in a similar role within the financial sector.
  • Skills: Proven success in various HR and functional areas within dynamic environments.

Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required

  • Hands-on experience in planning, development, and execution of HR projects.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Good business and financial acumen.
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business groups to understand requirements and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Develop partnerships between management and employees.
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Manage nationwide HR special projects.
  • Provide input on workforce and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and reengineer HR processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage the annual performance management cycle.
  • Improve workplace relationships, productivity, and retention.
  • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary procedures in coordination with Employee Relations Division.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors.
