INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR HOUSE JOB IN SERVICES HOSPITAL, LAHORE 2024-25
1. The house job applications for various specialties from hospital are invited for session 2024-25 as per Govt. Policy No. SO(ME)2-26/2010(P-II), dated: 22.06.2022,
2. The candidates will submit the applications on a prescribed form available in the Office of the undersigned. The application form must be marked by the Medical Superintendent.
3. The application form must have a complete Residential Address, Cell Number, and Email Address, along with one set of the following documents(Attested by the Gazetted Officer)
1. CNIC of the candidate and the father/ guardian
2. Domicile
3. Two recent passport-size photographs with a white background
4. PM&DC Certificate
5. Attempt certificate for MBBS
6. Affidavit (as per specimen available in the diary section of Services Hospital)
Note:
1. The allocation of Paid / Honorary seats of house jobs will be purely on a merit basis and will be governed by the policy declared by the Government of the Punjab, SHC&ME Department vide No. SO(ME)2-26/2010(P-II), dated: 22.06.2022, and the instructions issued by the Government from time to time.
2. Original Documents will have to be produced at the time of interview.
3. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
4. No application will be entertained after the deadline. 5. No TA/DA will be allowed for the interview.
Deadline to apply: The application form along with all the required documents should reach the office of the undersigned by 02:00 PM, 15.06.2024 via Registered Post / By Hand.
The interview will be on 26.06.2024
