The Qazi Hussain Ahmed Medical Complex, Nowshera is an Autonomous Medical Teaching Institution with a Board of Governors as prescribed by the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 and Amendments therein. Qazi Hussain Ahmad Medical Complex (MTI) is-an equal opportunity employer with no gender bias. Applications are invited from the Candidates for the senior level position at Qazi Hussain Ahmed Medical Complex (MTI), Nowshera.

1 Hospital Director Contract Qualification:
  • The hospital Director shall possess a recognized Master's. Degree in Hospital Management or Health Services Management or Business Management or Public Health or Public Administration or any other relevant management qualifications.
  • The candidate, who possess a recognized medical degree may also apply for the post of Hospital Director with the condition that he shall have an additional management degree and required experience.
Experience:
  • The candidate must have minimum 07 years of experience, Working in senior management position in a major hospital, or healthcare institution.
Main Responsibility:
  • The Hospital Director has. for all non-clinical functions of the hospital, including finance, budgeting, -ancillary services, building maintenance, human resources, administration, Procurement, business plan development & execution etc. Member of MC, Heads Hospital Management Committee for issues related to Space, building, supply chain, pharmacy, and information services. The Hospital Director will report to the board of governors.
 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  1. The position of Hospital Director shall be filled on contract basis for a period of five years and shall be eligible for re-appointment at the discretion of the Board.
  2. Attractive salary package and benefits would be offered to the selected person.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms
    Act, 2015 (amendment from time to time/Regulations MTI).
  2. Incomplete and late submitted application will not be entertained.
  3. Civil servants applying for the post must resign civil service, the resign from civil service is not accepted within the probation period, in case &selection, the employment shall stand terminated ib duo. Civil servants on long leave from civil service must not apply.
  4. No TA/DA Will be allowed.
