Job Advertisement 09-Aug-2024 in Higher Education Department Quetta

VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department, in continuation of its earlier advertisement (PRQ No. 2799/04-6-2024) published in local newspapers on June 6, 2024, invites applications for the following additional positions in the development project at PMU for BRCs:

1. Site Engineer (Civil)

• Required Qualification & Experience:
  • BE in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field
• No. of Posts: 01

2. Site Supervisor (Civil)

• Required Qualification & Experience:
  • Diploma in Associate Engineering (Civil)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Site Supervisor
• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 18-28 years (general age relaxation up to the maximum limit as granted by the Government of Balochistan)

3. Security Guard

• Required Qualification: Literate
• No. of Posts: 02

4. Sweeper

• Required Qualification: Literate
• No. of Posts: 02

Mode of Appointment:

The selected candidates for the above posts will be appointed on a contract basis initially for a period of two years, extendable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. Field staff will be required to perform duties anywhere in the province as needed.

Salary:

A lump sum pay package will be provided, subject to amendments from time to time as prescribed by the government for employees of PSDP Projects, as approved by PDWP for the SNE of the project.

Interested applicants with a domicile/local of Balochistan who meet the above criteria may submit their application along with their Resume/CV, educational and professional documents, CNIC copy, Local Domicile Certificate, and two fresh passport-size photographs (duly attested) within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement to the Office of the Project Director, BRC's & PTC's Quetta, House No. 182-B, Jinnah Town, Quetta Cantt. Candidates already in service must apply through the proper channel with their departmental NOC. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for the test/interview.

Note: Applicants who have already applied for positions under PRQ No. 2799/04-6-2024 do not need to reapply. However, if they wish to apply for the positions of Site Supervisor (Civil) and Sweeper, they must submit a separate application.
