1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Role Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer will lead SIEHS's financial strategy, ensuring its sustainability while achieving organizational objectives. As a key executive team member, the CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic guidance, and align financial planning with the organization's broader goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies for sustainable growth, and advise the CEO and executive team on resource optimization.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and regulatory compliance (SECP guidelines and internal policies).
- Manage risk assessment, coordinate audits, and enhance financial forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 15 years of experience.
- Proficient in IAS, IFRS, and SECP regulations for public sector companies.
- Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) or Chartered Accountancy preferred; a Master's in Business Administration or Commerce is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in the public or development sector.
2. Company Secretary (CS)
Role Overview:
The Company Secretary will ensure compliance with corporate governance and act as a legal and compliance advisor. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CS will uphold statutory obligations and maintain accurate organizational records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to the Companies Ordinance 1984, Companies Act 2017, and other regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee corporate governance practices.
- Provide legal guidance on company policies and strategic decisions.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and SECP to ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with expertise in corporate governance.
- Certification: Company Secretary Certification from PICG.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the public or development sector.
Key Attributes:
- Expertise in corporate laws, SECP regulations, and public sector compliance.
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.

- Age Requirement: Minimum 32 years (for both positions).
- Location: SIEHS Head Office, Karachi.
