Position: Technical Specialist
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Master’s degree in Public Health, International Health, Health Policy and Management, or a related field focusing on maternal and child health from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role within public health programs, particularly in maternal, neonatal, and child health (IMNCAH). Proven expertise in leading large-scale health programs in low-resource settings, including program implementation and evaluation.
- Skills:
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in managing complex health data and reporting to various stakeholders.
Position: Deputy Program Director
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Master’s degree in Health Management, Public Health, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in managing public health programs, with a focus on program planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management. Experience in coordinating with government bodies, NGOs, and international development partners is highly desirable.
- Skills:
Proven track record in leadership, project management, and the ability to lead diverse teams and meet programmatic goals.
Position: Civil Engineer (PPS-09)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience:
5 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the construction and supervision of public infrastructure projects.
- Skills:
Knowledge of national building codes, construction standards, and familiarity with quality control procedures. Experience working with government agencies is a plus.
Position: Procurement Specialist (PPS-09)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, especially within donor-funded projects. Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and processes, with proven experience in the procurement of goods and services.
- Skills:
Expertise in World Bank procurement guidelines and contract management.
Position: Communication and Media Specialist (PPS-09)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Degree in Journalism, Media Studies, or Public Relations.
- Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in communications, preferably in the health or development sector.
- Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to develop high-quality content, manage media relations, and lead public outreach strategies.
Position: Gender Specialist (PPS-09)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
- Experience:
Experience in designing and implementing gender-sensitive strategies, with a focus on social inclusion.
- Skills:
Strong understanding of gender equality, social policies, and their integration into public health projects.
Position: Procurement Assistant (PPS-08)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Economics, or related fields.
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in donor-funded projects.
- Skills:
Knowledge of procurement policies, World Bank guidelines, and contract management.
Position: Public Health Officer (PPS)
Education & Experience Requirements
- Academic Qualification:
Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related fields.
- Experience:
Proficiency in program development, monitoring, and data analysis tools like STATA. At least 2 years of experience in the health sector.
- Skills:
Strong data analysis and program management skills, with experience in public health research and implementation.
