The Government of the Punjab, Health and Population Department, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following posts. These positions are on a contract basis under the World Bank-funded Project titled “Punjab Family Planning Program (PFPP).

Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in:
Mass Communication
Communication Studies
Journalism
Media
Other related disciplines
Degree must be from HEC recognized foreign or local university.
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience after acquiring the required qualification.
Strong background in:
Formulating communication strategies/plans.
Handling communication initiatives on social/digital media.
Preference for candidates with:
Experience in development projects, especially foreign-assisted ones.

Positions are post-specific and non-transferable.
No TA/DA admissible for test/interview.
Female and transgender candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Only degrees from HEC recognized institutions or reputed foreign universities with HEC equivalence will be accepted.

Written Test Date: Will be communicated only to eligible/shortlisted candidates.
Candidates must score at least 50% in NTS test to qualify.
In case of a high number of qualifying candidates, the department may revise cut-off marks or apply further criteria.
