1. Valid PM&DC Registration Certification
CPSP/University Part-1 Result Card
Job Experience Certificate in Govt. /Public Sector only at Primary level & Secondary level duly signed by concerned DHO/MS as the case may be. (No credit will Hospital/Teaching Hospital experience in and outside AJ&K given for Tertiary Care
Appointment notification/order alongwith experience certificate.
1. University Certificate showing distinction in each any subject of university examination. Published papers (up to 05 papers) in only HEC/PM&DC approved journals. (list of approved journal
available on PMDC/HEC website).
1. The Foreign Graduates must also submit copy of PM&DC equivalence Examination Result Card. Candidate apply for FCPS Cardiology must have completed 2-years general medicine training.
Terms & Conditions:-
2 Candidate must mention ntion contact details, choice of specialty where applicable (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and choice of institution (1st, 2nd & 3rd if applicable) in their application, Choices once exercised will not be changed afterwards. If choice is not mentioned then decision will be placed at the discretion of the training committee.
Training will be restricted to AJK State Subject holders only.
3. PG Slots/seats will be filled purely on mert basis. Candidate
must clearly mention total marks & marks obtained MBBS equivalent alongwith percentage and attempts. professional
5. Applicants of Public Sector Medical Colleges will be credited 05 marks. No marks will be given to
applicants of Private Sector Medical Colleges/Self finance as well as students from abroad. 6. DoH Adhoc/contract employees are encouraged to apply through proper channel (covering letter from respective DHO/MS/Commandart).
7. The pre-requisite qualification experience missing for any specialty not mentioned advertisement will be decided as per CPSP mandatory requirement 8. Forgery tempering in any document of applicants if found noticed during selection process will render
selectee disqualified for training besides criminal proceeding. 9 Those applicants working on Adhoc/Contract basis shall bring writen recommendations/NoCof head of their institutes that employees of Department of Health will resigniquit the job under rules

10. Employees of Health Department will apply through proper channel. 11. PG trainee will be bound to submit an affidavit undertaking to abide by hospital rules and regulation and will not participate in any kind of activities which are against norms of the institutes. If found guity
his/her training may be terminated without prior notice.
