HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop and execute strategic procurement and contract management frameworks, ensuring cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation for the organization. This role drives techno-commercial analysis, supplier negotiations, and business innovation while managing all contracts with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders to maximize value and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience

  • Engineering Graduate or MBA from a reputable foreign or local university (recognized by HEC).

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the supply chain with at least 7 years in a leadership role at the departmental and organizational levels.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expertise in procurement, strategic planning, contract negotiation, and supplier management.

  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.

  • Proven leadership skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

  • Experience engaging with government agencies, OEMs, and strategic partners.

  • Solid business and financial acumen.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Develop & Implement Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligning with business objectives, ensuring resilience, sustainability, and competitive advantage.

  2. Procurement & Execution: Oversee procurement planning and execution for equipment and services critical to operations.

  3. Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and engage reliable local and international suppliers. Lead strategic negotiations and manage contracts to secure cost-effective, high-quality supplies while mitigating risk.

  4. Inventory Control & ERP Integration: Implement effective inventory control systems and ERP solutions to maintain balanced stock levels, avoid shortages, and reduce excess.

  5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to local and international regulations.

  6. Strategic Advisory Role: Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on market intelligence and analytics.

  7. Cost Optimization & Innovation: Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing cost structures, identifying alternative sourcing channels, and developing long-term procurement roadmaps.
