This role is responsible for leading reviews of Technology governance, Business systems/applications, IT Infrastructures and cyber security with regard to their efficacy. The role involves collaborating with intemal stakeholders, including the Board Audit Committee senior management and extemal stakeholders (where applicable to ensure alignment with organizational IT objectives and regulatory requirements
Kay responsibilities include Develop and apmetheerall strategy for Information System Audies
Design and maintena an annual audit plan (including budget), prioritizing high-risk areas and ensuring comprehensive coverage
Lead and mentor a team of 15 audit professionals, sting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Conduct thorough and objedive audits of IT systems, infrestructure, and processes to assess compliance, and control eficiency
Head Information System Audit

Ensure audits are performed in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant teen, regulations, and industry standards
Provide guidanns an best pracmation data protection, and IT governance
Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings necommendations, and action plane
Present audt results to the CIA, Board Audit Committee and other stakeholders
Maintain open and effective communication channels with other departmentstensure audit recommendations are understood and implemented
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in IT audit and cybersecurity
Continuously enhance the audit methodology and tools to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness
Promote a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential IT roks
