Job Summary/Major Responsibilities
The role is responsible for ensuring that all Investigations and complaints under Whade-Blowing Program are being deult with as per established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities indude
. Supervise Investigations of Fraud & Fargeries/Digital Frauds and other Management requests etc. as per established policies and procedures. for release,
Ensure that all complaints received under Whistle Blowing are dealt as per procedure defined in Whistle Blowing Prigram
Plan end-to-end investigations by ensuring that all investigative methodologies for the various types of investigations are adhered
Review budget for on ade investigations and arrange recommendation of CIA
Head Investigations & Whistle Blowing
(Grade: SVP-4/ EVP-1 (Location: Lahore)
Make meaningful recommendations as per the type of investigation. This will include, but not limited to. system/people/process talunes or internal and external mreats
Review Draft Preliminary investigation Reports and Executive Summaries and ensure that all aspects per approved scope have been properly addressed/noted before submitting the same for CIA's review before final reente
Review package to be presented at BAC regarding Investigatorns & WE complaints
Supervise maintenance of a Mgrecords of whistle blowing investigations
• Present tracking report documenting significant W complaints allegations and the actions taken to resolve them for the Board Audit Committee Board on periodic

Qualification: Memum Bachelor/MBA/M.Com/
