Experience | Minimum 05 years of banking experience with 02 years of experience in agriculture. Experience in handling business / credit assignment would be an added advantage. |

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities |
To mobilize agriculture business and to design & implement the strategy for achieving the business targets against the assigned region. To assist in designing procedures for effective, efficient and timely processing of agriculture loans in the region and to manage customer complaints (if any). To provide timely, accurate services and support in order to ensure retention of customers. To propose / recommend and develop customized agriculture products as per the requirements of specific area. To identify and recommend workflow / process alternatives which can lead to better and enhanced efficiency and service levels. To ensure that Bank's activities are carried out in accordance with all legal & Government regulations, Bank's policies and regulatory requirements in terms of financing of agricultural products of the Bank. To ensure that insurance agreements for agriculture loans are as per Bank's policy and to coordinate with insurance companies for recovery of insurance claims. To supervise Relationship Managers & Relationship Officers of agriculture business and stakeholders for smooth processing, collection and recovery of agriculture loans. To coordinate with concerned legal authorities regarding redemption of properties mortgaged against agriculture finance. To monitor agriculture related MIS including Statement of Classified Accounts (SCA) in coordination with the team. To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s). |
Assessment Test / Interview(s) | Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for test and / or panel interview(s). |
Employment Type | The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank's Policy / rules. |
