President
Minimum 37 years of age as of the last application date.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Economics from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college/institute.
Professional certification or education in Islamic Finance is preferred.
22 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role in Corporate, Investment, or Wholesale Banking.
Proven expertise in corporate and investment banking management, with prior oversight of corporate/wholesale banking hubs.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams of corporate and investment banking professionals.
Strong leadership qualities with a proven ability to manage teams and achieve profitable business outcomes.
Expertise in transaction structuring and addressing corporate customer financing needs.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations, market trends, and the financial sector.
Skilled in strategy formulation, portfolio management, and senior-level decision-making.
Proficiency in Islamic and conventional banking products, services, and practices.
Experience working with regulatory authorities and developing innovative banking solutions.
Lead the Corporate & Investment Banking Group to achieve strategic business objectives in trade finance, asset management, and core banking services.
Develop and implement strategies for portfolio growth and credit risk management while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide strategic input to the Board and Senior Management on corporate and investment banking matters.
Oversee credit structuring, deposit mobilization, and relationship management with medium to large corporates and multinational clients.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Risk Management, IT, and Operations to drive efficiency in transaction processing and delivery.
Conduct portfolio reviews, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary, in coordination with the Assets Retrieval Group.
Ensure the training and development of team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Actively contribute to policy formulation, strategic planning, and decision-making processes within the bank.
Ensure timely submission of data and reports to internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators.
Contractual for three years, renewable based on performance and management discretion.
