The Chief Minister, Policy Reforms Unit (Soni Jawari Center for Public Policy), Gilgit-Baltistan requires services of well-educated, dynamic & experienced Consultants and Interns for a period of three (3) months (extendable on need basis) to perform specific duties in following sectors:

  • Minimum a postgraduate degree in social sciences.
  • At least 15 years of experience in M&E/MER/MEAL concepts and tools Relevant experience in planning, policy formulation, implementation.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to interact and negotiate at senior policy level.

  • Proficient in an at least one statistical software (R. Stata, SPSS, Python)
