The University of Layyah invites applications from Punjab-domiciled Pakistani citizens for the following key administrative positions on a contract basis for three (03) years in accordance with the relevant sections of the University of Layyah Act, 2022.
Pay Scale: BS-19
No. of Posts: 01
Age Limit: 40 to 50 years
Mode of Appointment: Contract (03 years) as per Section 22 of the UL Act 2022
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
Option A:
Qualification: Ph.D. or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Experience: 8 years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) in teaching/administration/professional field in an HEC-recognized public/private institute or public sector organization
Option B:
Qualification: MS/M.Phil or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) as described above
Option C:
Qualification: Master’s degree or BS (4 years) – Second Division – from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Experience: 12 years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) as described above

Candidates must fulfill one of the following criteria:
Option A:
Qualification: Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Experience: 8 years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) in the relevant field
Option B:
Qualification: MS/M.Phil in the relevant fields or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Experience: 10 years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) in the relevant field
Option C:
Qualification: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, M.Sc., or BS (4 years – Second Division) in Economics or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute/university
Experience: 12 years post-qualification experience in BPS-17 or above (or equivalent) in the relevant field
Pay Scale: BS-19

Age Limit: 40 to 50 years
Mode of Appointment: Contract (03 years) as per Section 24 of the UL Act 2022

May be conducted through Education Testing Council (ETC) of HEC, Islamabad
