Reko Diq Mining Company (RDMC), operated by Barrick in partnership with the Government of Balochistan and the Government of Pakistan, is developing the world-class Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan. RDMC is currently seeking high-caliber professionals to join its growing team.
Department: Travel and Facilities
Location: Reko Diq Site, Balochistan
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Certification in accommodation or facilities management is an added advantage
Experience:
1–5 years in accommodation management, preferably at remote mining or construction sites
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in managing accommodation facilities or teams
Requirements:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and accommodation management software
Knowledge of safety standards
Flexible for remote work and team collaboration
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Responsibilities:
Oversee accommodation operations ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
Manage housekeeping, catering, and maintenance teams
Coordinate room allocations for efficient occupancy
Monitor budgets and conduct regular inspections
Address maintenance/safety issues and liaise with relevant departments
Assist in facility upgrades and service improvements

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in fleet management
Experience in mining or construction environment preferred
Requirements:
Familiarity with fleet management systems and heavy equipment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Manage fleet operations and ensure optimal vehicle usage
Monitor vehicle schedules, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs
Conduct safety inspections and maintain airstrips and related facilities
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies
Address non-compliance issues effectively
Department: Health and Safety
Location: Reko Diq Site, Balochistan
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred)
Recognized OHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OHSAS, NASP, etc.)
Formal training in accident investigation (e.g., CAM, Taproot, Loss Causation)
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in construction/resource industries
Operational experience in Health, Safety, or Loss Prevention
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and practices
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to self-direct, organize, and plan effectively
Basic computer proficiency
Responsibilities:
Provide OHS support and ensure adherence to the safety management plan
Conduct accident investigations and safety audits
Coordinate inspections and participate in critical control programs
Support emergency response and occupational health initiatives
Advise on compliance and facilitate safety interactions/meetings

Location: Reko Diq Site, Balochistan
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience:
4–5 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Experience in mining/industrial site environments is a plus
Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Willingness to work in remote, rugged site conditions
Availability for occasional travel
Strong written and verbal English communication
High integrity, professionalism, and team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities:
Manage GM’s calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems and track deadlines/action items
Assist with expense claims and administrative support
Liaise with stakeholders and organize official events
Handle confidential matters with professionalism
