Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified.
All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying/depositing the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without this verification, applications will not be accepted.
Interview call letters will be issued only to shortlisted candidates.
Screening of candidates will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.
Candidates must meet all eligibility criteria before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Age relaxation will be admissible as per government rules.
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
Candidates applying for multiple posts must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
In case of a foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.
Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

After successful online submission, a prescribed deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and personal information) will be generated. Take a printout of this deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via Easy Paisa app/agent, Jazz Cash app, or at any UBL Bank branch or UBL Omni agent.
After fee submission, retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank stamp for reference. Do not share it with anyone.
Applicants should not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Documents will only be required from candidates who qualify for the screening test.
Online application forms will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from March 26, 2025.
The last date for application submission is April 20, 2025.
Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates must provide an active and unconverted mobile number.
Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
No separate call letter for the screening test will be sent via postal or courier services.
