The University of Mirpurkhas invites applications from qualified candidates for the following positions. Interested applicants must submit their applications on the prescribed form along with attested photocopies of all relevant documents and a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 4000/- (non-refundable) as a processing fee in favor of the Director Finance, University of Mirpurkhas. Available Positions

1. Registrar (BPS-20) (Tenure post for a period of three years)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree, preferably in First Class, or equivalent qualifications from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• A minimum of 17 years of administrative experience in a post equivalent to BPS-17 and above at a university level.

• Should be well-versed with university rules and regulations.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector universities.

2. Controller of Examinations (BPS-20) (Tenure post for a period of three years)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Postgraduate degree / 16 years of education in First Class or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution.

• A minimum of 12 years of teaching, administrative, or examination-related experience in a post of BPS-17 or equivalent at a university level.

• Should be well-versed with examination rules and regulations.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience as Controller/Deputy Controller in conducting university examinations.

3. Director Planning and Development (P&D) (BPS-20)

Qualifications:

• 16 years of education in B.E. (Civil) / MBA / M.Com in First Class along with an L.L.B. from an HEC-recognized University/Institution.

• Candidates with a third division in any academic qualification will not be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum of 17 years of experience in BPS-17 or equivalent in a recognized university, government department, autonomous organization, or private firms of repute (national or international).

• Preference will be given to candidates with university experience and expertise in finance, audit, civil engineering, and SPPRA Rules, 2016.

Instructions & Further Information

• Candidates must have Sindh Province domicile.

• Candidates currently serving in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer.

• Maximum age limit is 45 years, which may be relaxed for highly qualified and suitable candidates, including government and semi-government employees in exceptional cases.

• Incomplete applications (i.e., missing educational, professional, and experience certificates, processing fees, etc.) or applications received after the deadline will not be entertained.

• The University reserves the right to cancel any advertised post(s) at any stage.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview; non-eligible candidates will not be notified.

• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.

• Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
