Job Vacancies (ASPER ETEA)

The Directorate of Archives and Libraries, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and its subsidiary district offices invite applications from eligible candidates belonging to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following vacant positions.

(ii) Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
(iii) 30 words per minute typing speed in English with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.		 Minority Quota (1 Vacancy) Zone-1 (1 Vacancy) 20-32 Years

Recruitment Conditions

  1. All eligible candidates will be allowed to take the screening test. However, if any candidate is found ineligible at any stage during verification, they will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
  2. All candidates must create their profile on the ETEA website before applying and before submitting the fee. Candidates should print the NADRA E-Facility Token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC from any franchise (Kiosk) to be eligible to apply.
  3. Candidates who secure 50% marks in the screening/written test will be shortlisted for the interview.
  4. The Directorate reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised vacancies.

Selection Criteria (Total Marks: 200)

  • NET Test Score (50% of 100 Marks)
  • ETEA Test Score (50% of 100 Marks)

Important Notes:

  • Only officially issued experience certificates based on full-time, paid employment will be considered.
  • Self-employment, private work, internships, and voluntary work experience will not be accepted.
  • The eligibility of candidates will be determined based on documents received by the deadline.
  • Employees of autonomous/semi-autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel.
  • Age relaxation will be given according to prevailing laws.
  • Original documents with attested copies must be presented at the time of the interview.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for the interview.
  • Candidates with foreign degrees must submit an equivalency certificate from HEC.

Application Procedure

  1. Candidates must apply online at www.etea.edu.pk.
  2. After applying, candidates must print the UBL online deposit slip from the ETEA website (which includes token number, project code, and personal details).
  3. Candidates should pay the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App, JazzCash App, UBL branches, or UBL Omni agents.
  4. The original deposit slip (with the bank stamp) should be kept safe by the candidate.
  5. Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate applications for each post.
  6. Do not send hard copies of documents unless requested by the competent authority.
  7. Online application forms will be available from March 17, 2025, on the ETEA website.
  8. The last date for submitting applications is April 7, 2025.
  9. Candidates will receive an SMS notification to download their Roll Number Slip from the website. They must keep their phone number active during the recruitment process.
  10. Test date, venue, and time will be mentioned on the Roll Number Slip.
  11. No call letters for the screening test will be sent via mail or courier.
