Available Positions

1. Program Manager HIV/AIDS

  • No. of Positions: 01
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • MBBS with a Master's in Public Health from a recognized university.
    • An advanced degree and/or additional management-related training will be preferred.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in public health programs, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the public sector or donor-funded projects.
    • Experience in HIV programs is preferred.
    • Proven experience in project management is required.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent command of English, with expertise in grant proposal writing, report writing, and presentations.
    • Maximum Age: 50 years.

2. HIV Prevention Specialist

  • No. of Positions: 01
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • MBBS/BDS with a Master’s in Public Health from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Minimum 6 years of post-MPH experience in public health programs.
    • At least 3 years of experience working with key populations in either public or private sector organizations.

3. Manager Procurement

    • Master’s degree in Pharmacy is required.

    • Experience with Global Fund-supported programs is an asset.
    • Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in the health sector (within a national program, ministry of health, or a large non-profit organization).

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a procurement team (including at least two Procurement Officers or Associates).
    • Strong knowledge of procurement laws, contracts, Incoterms, supplier management, and sourcing techniques.
    • Familiarity with PPRA Rules and procurement principles of Global Fund, UN, or other international organizations.
    • Experience working in large, complex organizations is an advantage.

  • Qualification & Experience:
