1. Chairman

A qualified professional known for integrity and eminence.
Minimum 12 years of experience in a relevant field such as law, business, engineering, finance, accounting, or economics.
Preferably has sound knowledge and work experience in the electric power services business.
Tenure: Appointed for a 4-year term.

2. Member Technical & Development

Holds an engineering degree in electricity, energy, or power.
Minimum 12 years of experience in the electrical and power services business.
Tenure: Appointed for a 3-year term.

3. Member Finance & Policy

Holds a degree in economics, finance, or chartered accountancy.
A professional of known integrity and eminence.
Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate finance, chartered accountancy, or electric power services.
Tenure: Appointed for a 3-year term.

4. Member Legal & Corporate

Holds a law degree with a specialization in corporate and commercial law.
A professional of known integrity and eminence.
Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate law.
Tenure: Appointed for a 3-year term.

Other Terms and Conditions

Domicile Requirement: Applicants for all member positions must be domiciled in Sindh.
