Application Guidelines

  1. Required Documents: Candidates must attach attested photocopies of CNIC, domicile certificate, educational certificates (1 set), along with 2 passport-size photographs, with the application form.

  2. Deadline: Applications must be submitted within 15 days after the publication of this advertisement.

  3. Application Form: Available for download by scanning the QR Code or from https://goto.now/MgazH.

  4. Age Limit: Candidates between 18 to 30 years are eligible to apply.

  5. Quota System: Women, disabled individuals, and minorities' quotas will be filled as per government rules.

  6. Government Employees: Can apply through their respective departments as per procedure (Through Proper Channel).

  7. Disabled Candidates: Must attach a disability certificate duly signed by the District Medical Officer with their application.

  8. Application Fee: Candidates applying for BPS-5 and above must attach a Postal Order of Rs. 400/- in the name of Admin Officer.

  9. Age Relaxation:

    • Up to 3 years for candidates from Buddhist caste, Sindh Rural, Balochistan, AJK, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Tribal areas.

    • Up to 10 years for disabled persons.

    • Up to 5 years for personnel enrolled under the Prime Minister Assistance Package.

    • Up to 15 years for Ex-Service Men.

    • Up to 10 years for serving personnel and contract employees with continuous 2 years of service.

  10. Test/Interview Requirements: All candidates must bring original documents at the time of the test/interview.

  11. No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for test/interview participation.
