The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill the following position on a contract basis. Selection will be based purely on suitability and merit.

Vacant Position

Title: Additional Director - Security (Equipment/Infrastructure/Quality Control/Audit) EG-07
Number of Seats: One (01)

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

  • Graduate with at least 2nd Division from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Preferred Additional Qualifications (preference will be given to candidates with qualifications in any of the following fields):
    • Security Management
    • Aviation Management
    • Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical)
    • Business Administration (with a focus on security or operations)

2. Professional Experience

  • A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in security management, with a strong emphasis on:
    • Infrastructure management.
    • Equipment handling and quality control.
  • Proven leadership experience in senior roles, managing security operations at the national or regional level.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Handling airport security.
    • Managing large-scale security infrastructure, particularly in aviation or the public sector.

3. Additional Requirements

  • Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible to obtain clearance from relevant authorities.
  • Physical Fitness: Must meet physical and medical standards as prescribed for security personnel by PAA.

Contract Period and Pay Package

  • Duration: Three (03) years (extendable).
  • Pay Package: A lump sum equivalent to a gross pay of Rs. 479,370 per month with a 5% annual increment.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 54 years (inclusive of all applicable age relaxations).
  • Pay and other terms are negotiable.
