SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited to fill the following positions on a contract basis for one year (extendable) with the VIP Flight (Fixed Wing), Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Lahore International Airport (Old Terminal).

Position Details:

1. Chief Pilot (BS-20)

  • No. of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: 35 - 45 years
  • Qualifications/Experience:
    • Valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
    • Minimum of 3000 flying hours, including 2000 hours on twin-engine jet aircraft and 500 hours on turbo prop

2. Pilot (BS-19)

  • No. of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: 25 - 35 years
  • Qualifications/Experience:
    • Valid Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL)
    • Minimum of 2000 flying hours, including 1000 hours on twin-engine jet aircraft, with 300 hours as Pilot-in-Command (P-1)

3. Co-Pilot (BS-19)

  • No. of Posts: 1
  • Age Limit: 25 - 35 years
  • Qualifications/Experience:
    • Valid Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
    • Minimum of 2000 flying hours, including 500 hours on twin-engine aircraft

General Conditions:

  1. Pay & Allowances: To be determined at the time of recruitment.
  2. Age Relaxation: For ex-government servants or other suitable candidates, age relaxation will be considered as per the Appointing Authority’s or Chief Minister's discretion.
  3. Application Requirements:
    • Applications must include a CV, educational certificates, experience certificates, three passport-size photographs, and a copy of CNIC (duly attested).
    • Submit by 06 December 2024 to the office of the undersigned.
  4. Government/Semi-Government Servants: Must apply through the proper channel.
  5. Shortlisting & Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
  6. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must provide a medical fitness certificate from a PCAA-approved facility.
  7. Security Clearance: Final selection will be contingent upon security clearance from the Special Branch.
  8. Final Decision: The Appointing Authority’s decision is final.
  9. Incomplete/Late Applications: Will not be considered.
  10. TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the interview.
