1. Manager – Community Health

  • Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Pathology or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong background in community health and experience working in public health projects.
    • In-depth knowledge of community health interventions and public health practices.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement.
    • Management experience, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation in the public health sector.
    • Familiarity with TB prevention and care, including the development of intervention strategies in private sector contexts.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills.
    • Data analysis skills and innovative approach to community interventions.

2. Supply Chain Manager

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration, or related field.
    • Advanced knowledge in procurement, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
    • Honors Degree in Pharmacy preferred, with proficiency in health products and forecasting.
  • Experience:

    • At least three years managing procurement and supply chain processes.
    • Familiarity with QA protocols and prior experience with Global Fund processes considered a plus.

3. Audit Specialist

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with a focus on auditing practices.
    • Certification from a recognized body such as ACCA or ICAEW.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum five years of post-certification experience in auditing.
    • Strong foundation in compliance, internal control processes, and financial reporting.

4. Deputy Manager – Inventory

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
    • Knowledge in HR processes and inventory management.
  • Experience:

    • Experience working with inventory systems and HR requirements.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

5. Coordinator – PPTCT Program

  • Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Health, or a related field.
    • Age limit: Max 50 years.
  • Experience:

    • Experience in coordinating healthcare programs.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient care management.
