Application Requirements

  1. Educational Qualifications

    • For all applicants, minimum qualification is a Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) or equivalent.
    • Applicants must have completed this education from a recognized institution with a science background, specifically from Mohammad Institute or similar institutes.
    • Additional qualifications such as short-term diploma courses in sciences or 1-year specialized certifications will be given preference.
  2. District-Wise Seat Allocation

    • Total Available Seats: 91
    • Seats are distributed across multiple districts:
      • Qalat Division: 16 seats
      • Kech & Makran: 10 seats
      • Quetta: 5 seats
      • Other notable districts: Turbat, Naseerabad, and Zhob each have separate allocations based on local needs.
    • Specific seats are also reserved for women (5%), minorities (4%), and differently-abled individuals (2%).
  3. Required Skills

    • Proficiency in Urdu and English languages.
    • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is preferred.
  4. Experience Criteria

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector roles.
  5. Special Requirements for Specific Roles

    • Some positions require an LTV driving license or valid certification in administrative tasks.
    • Positions like security personnel and maintenance staff need specific training and verifiable experience.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Age Limit: Minimum age is 18 years, and the upper limit is 43 years as of the application closing date.
  2. Submission Guidelines:
    • Application forms and documents must be verified and submitted along with the following:
      • National ID card copy
      • Four recent passport-sized photographs
      • Certified copies of educational certificates
    • The complete application should be submitted at the provincial office or designated district offices.
  3. Application Deadline: Applications must be received by 13th November 2024.
  4. Examination Details:
    • Candidates passing the written test will be contacted for further stages.
    • Test dates and venue details will be communicated through a follow-up notice.
