Position Details

1. Assistant Director

  • Positions Available: 6
  • Location: Islamabad, Karachi, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and Sukkur
  • Age Limit: Max 37 years
  • Salary Range: PKR 153,900 - 292,410
  • Educational Requirement: BBA (4 years) or MBA (2 years) from an HEC-recognized university
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Dedication to high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
    • Proficiency in multitasking and self-management
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team in fast-paced environments

2. Assistant Director (Back-end Developer)

  • Positions Available: 2
  • Location: Islamabad
  • Age Limit: Max 37 years
  • Salary Range: PKR 153,900 - 292,410
  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s in Computer Science (4 years) from an HEC-recognized university; Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
    • Java Spring Boot, Spring Data ORM, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate
    • Database management (Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Mongo)
    • Agile software development methodologies and testing frameworks
    • Web Services, REST, SOAP, and security protocols
    • Version control tools and Continuous Integration
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in Eclipse or similar IDEs, and Apache Tomcat
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
    • Team-oriented, able to work independently, and adapt to Agile environments

Terms & Conditions

  1. Contract Duration: 5 years (extendable); 6-month probation period.
  2. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for tests/interviews.
  3. Disqualification: False information leads to disqualification.
  4. Age Relaxation: 5 years included in age limit.
  5. Medical & Character Certificates: Required upon selection.
  6. Government Employees: Must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
  7. No TA/DA: No travel allowance provided.
  8. Verification of Degrees: Attested degrees from HEC required at interview.
