Qualifications/Experience:

First Class MA/MSc, or equivalent degree in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
5 years of educational administrative/teaching experience from a government or reputable private organization.
IT/computer knowledge and effective communication skills.
Preference for candidates with higher qualifications and management experience at a reputable institution.
Terms and Conditions with Additional Requirements and Information:

The Principal shall be responsible for providing leadership, developing goals and objectives, preparing strategies, maintaining a high standard of quality education, and a learning environment.
The Principal will be the authorized and accountable officer on behalf of the Board of Directors for school management.

Eligible candidates must submit two sets of attested copies of all educational credentials, local domicile certificate, CNIC, 4 passport-size photos along with updated CVs, covering letter, and a bank draft/pay order of Rs 2000/- application processing fee (non-refundable) in favor of Commissioner Makran Division.
Candidates working in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations should apply through the proper channel with NOC issued from the employer/parent departments.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview conducted by the School Board of Directors/Selection Committee.
No TA/DA is admissible for the interview.
The nature of the appointment shall be contractual for a period of 2 years with the first year as a probationary period.
The contractual tenure is extendable based on an excellent performance report issued by the School Board of Directors.
Selection shall be purely on merit basis, and canvassing in any manner may lead to disqualification.
Conveyance and free bachelor accommodation shall be provided in a neat, clean, and secure environment.
Candidates terminated/dismissed prematurely from any government or non-government posts/positions on grounds of discipline, moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses are ineligible to apply.
Concealment of facts or submission of any counterfeit document shall lead to dismissal from the position followed by legal disciplinary actions.
The Competent Authority, i.e., Commissioner Makran, reserves the right to cancel the positions without any reason.
