ADVERTISEMENT FOR RECRUITMENT OF STAFF

Applications are invited from candidates holding domicile of Punjab for the project titled "Procurement of Drone Technology for Survey Mapping" for the following posts, on a contract basis for the project duration.

Available Positions

1 GIS Mapping Officer (PPS-7) 01 i. Minimum 16 Years of Education in MSc GIS, BE Geo-Informatics, MS Geomatics.
ii. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in GIS.
iii. Experience in handling Drone Surveys will be preferred.		 25-35
2 Drone Operator (PPS-6) 01 i. DAE in Civil/Surveying.
ii. Minimum 1-year hands-on experience in Drone Surveys will be preferred.		 25-35

Age Relaxation

  • For males: +5 years

  • For females: +8 years

  • General age relaxation in the upper age limit will be applied as per Govt. of Punjab, S&GAD Notification No. SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 08-08-2016.

Conditions

  1. The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis for the project duration.

  2. Only Punjab-domiciled candidates are eligible to apply.

  3. In-service candidates must apply through proper channels with an NOC from their department.

  4. Application Submission:

    • Interested candidates must submit their applications along with attested copies of CNIC, Domicile, Academic & Experience Certificates to:
      Project Director, Office of Directorate General of Mines & Minerals, Lahore, Poonch House by 18-04-2025 during office hours.

    • The post applied for must be mentioned clearly on both the application and envelope.

  5. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.

  6. Shortlisted candidates must bring their original documents along with copies of submitted documents at the time of the interview.

  7. Separate applications should be submitted for multiple posts.

  8. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

  9. The Department reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on eligibility and experience.

  10. The Selection Committee's decision will be final.

  11. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment at any time without prior notice.
