SITUATION VACANT

The Government of Balochistan has established Medical Emergency Response Centers (MERC) to provide round-the-clock emergency healthcare services through certified Emergency Medical Technicians and Medical Doctors. The Health Department of Balochistan now intends to operationalize the accident and emergency centers across the province. To support this initiative, the MERC Project invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following positions on a purely contract basis.

1 General Surgeon 02 - Trauma Center Khuzdar (1) & Zhob (1) MBBS or equivalent, recognized by PMDC, with FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCS or equivalent. 3 years of post-graduate experience in the respective specialty in a recognized institution. Rs. 500,000
2 Neuro Surgeon 02 - Trauma Center Khuzdar (1) & Zhob (1) MBBS or equivalent, recognized by PMDC, with FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCS or equivalent. 3 years of post-graduate experience in the respective specialty in a recognized institution. Rs. 500,000
3 Orthopedics Surgeon 02 - Trauma Center Khuzdar (1) & Zhob (1) MBBS or equivalent, recognized by PMDC, with FCPS/MS/FRCS/MRCS or equivalent. 3 years of post-graduate experience in the respective specialty in a recognized institution. Rs. 500,000
4 Radiologist 02 - Trauma Center Khuzdar (1) & Zhob (1) MBBS or equivalent, recognized by PMDC, with FCPS or equivalent. 3 years of post-graduate experience in the respective specialty. (OR) MBBS with DMRD/MCPS and 5 years of experience after post-graduation. Rs. 500,000 (FCPS) Rs. 350,000 (MCPS/DMRD)

Terms and Conditions:

  • Candidates from all over Pakistan & Azad Kashmir are eligible to apply for the above positions.
  • All positions are strictly on a contract basis.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  • MERC Balochistan reserves the right to withdraw, postpone, or change the number of vacant positions.
  • Two additional basic pays will be given to candidates currently serving with the government and interested in posting to the said accident and emergency centers.
