TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company)
TransPeshawar is a public sector company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It is tasked with the implementation, management, and maintenance of Urban Rapid Transit Projects on behalf of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority.
We are looking for dynamic, experienced, and self-driven professionals for the following positions:
Number of Positions: 01
Reporting to: CEO, TransPeshawar
The GM Planning and Construction will contribute to strategic decision-making and will oversee civil and transport engineering teams. This role involves monitoring existing infrastructure conditions, recommending maintenance, and ensuring timely modifications from a professional design standpoint.
Education:
Minimum: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Transport Planning & Engineering, or related field.
Preferred: Master’s degree in the above disciplines from a recognized university.
Experience:
B.Sc. holders: Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, with 5 years at a senior management level.
Master’s holders: Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience, with 3 years at a senior management level.
Additional: 3 years’ experience in a similar role and sector preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years on the closing date.

Reporting to: CEO, TransPeshawar
Responsible for contract administration throughout the lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, compliance checks, and evaluation. Ensures adherence to provincial and federal laws.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Business Studies, Economics, Law, or related field.
Master’s in related field will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 8 years post-qualification relevant experience.
Background in contract lifecycle management, legal agreements, and compliance is essential.
Experience with IFIs or Multilateral Banks is an asset.
Age Limit: Up to 50 years on the closing date.

Reporting to: Assistant Manager BRT Control Centre
Assist in monitoring BRT operations using CCTV systems. Responsibilities include identifying contract violations and preparing reports as per organizational requirements.
Education:
Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
Monitoring, reporting, and supervision experience preferred.
Age Limit: Up to 30 years on the closing date.
