A Public Sector Organization requires the services from Pakistani nationals & invites applications for the post of General Manager (Marketing) purely on CONTRACT in Islamabad
Qualification
Experience
Minimum Master Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Public Relation / Mass Communication
Total 13 years post degree or more (Minimum 6 years of Marketing Experience preferably in service sector having Minimum 3 years of Managerial Experience)
Job Description:
a) Business Development: Identifying business opportunities; regular analysis of industry trends and client feedback; research and recommend creative solutions for various client-markets;generating business leads from digital platforms and professional client networks and successfully converting them into business sales
b) Brand Development and Management: Establish dynamic and consistent brand development across all
marketing platforms; effective management of brand awareness, associations and visibility; effective
image projection in media
c) Customer Relationship Management: engaging and strengthening existing customer base; generating new clientele; continuous improvement in service delivery channels
d) Creating Marketing Collateral: Design & Develop effective and creative Marketing Collateral for both conventional as well as digital platforms, creating digital content and developing digital portfolio of prod/svc
e) Ensuring that the marketing efforts get translated into business generation
Technical Requirements: -
Proficiency in Digital Marketing Techniques and in managing Digital Media Platforms
Proficiency in MS Office Software (Power point, Word, Excel).
Personality Requirements: -
Excellent communication/ Presentation Skills (Urdu & English), High Energy Level, Sociable Persona, Good Negotiation Skills, Proactive Approach to Business, Team leadership qualities.
