Senior Management / Leadership Position

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), one of Pakistan's most reputable public sector entities, specializes in the transmission and distribution of natural gas across the provinces of Balochistan and Sindh. The Company also owns and operates the only Gas Meter Manufacturing Plant in the country, with an annual production capacity of one million meters.

Position: General Manager - Services

Job Summary

The General Manager - Services is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted services related to power generation, SCADA, HVAC, elevators, and the smooth operation of the entire Microwave Telecom System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, start-up, and commissioning of projects.
• Develop and implement plans for upgrades and maintenance through internal resources and contracted project work.
• Manage SCADA system equipment, components, and assets, ensuring proper maintenance and development of equipment databases, software licenses, application configurations, and backups.
• Review work processes to ensure quality, compliance with standards, techniques, and safety requirements.
• Provide recommendations to enhance quality and productivity.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • PEC registration is mandatory.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 14 years of work experience.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role.

Additional Information:

• Age Limit: Maximum 57 years.
• Contract Duration: Initial three-year contract, renewable based on Company requirements and individual performance.
