GENERAL MANAGER – CORPORATE PLANNING

Role Overview: As the General Manager of Corporate Planning, you will lead the execution of business strategies to ensure the company’s mission aligns with measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute financial and business plans, translating strategies into actionable steps for all stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage business risks through variance reporting, ensuring transparency for accountable parties.
  • Develop KPIs, financial reports, and analysis to identify operational trends and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic and financial goals.
  • Provide management with performance insights, forecasts, and financial analytics to improve decision-making.
  • Lead a team of professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including government authorities.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the energy value chain and assess the impact of energy policies on the business.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, or equivalent foreign degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 14-15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong track record in business planning, risk management, and performance analysis.

Age: Preferably not more than 50 years as of the application deadline.


MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION – CENTRE OF EXPERTISE (HR)

Role Overview: This position focuses on aligning HR strategies with the company’s goals to enhance overall performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to drive organizational objectives.
  • Advise senior management on complex HR issues and best practices.
  • Design and implement HR frameworks to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the administration of salary structures and HR budget planning.
  • Manage the company’s compensation, benefits, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance and mitigate organizational risks.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, or equivalent foreign degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, with 2-6 years in a similar role.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION – KEY ACCOUNTS CARDS

Role Overview: Responsible for managing key client accounts, building relationships, and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage new clients in coordination with regional teams to expand the business.
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, including government entities and corporate clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate account performance, recommending necessary actions for improvement.

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION – PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Role Overview: This role involves preparing financial reports, conducting performance analysis, and providing key insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and provide insightful commentary on performance.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to budgets and expected outcomes.
  • Provide financial reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Track and report on sales KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Education:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized university, or equivalent foreign degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Finance certifications such as ACCA or CIA Level 2 would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
