The Provincial Government, in partnership with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), is implementing the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Economic Transformation Project (KP-RETP) across the province. This initiative aims to address key causes of rural poverty and food insecurity, such as inefficient production systems, weak supply chain linkages, rural youth and women unemployment, and limited access to economic services for small landholders.
To support this project, applications are invited from dynamic and competent domiciled residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the following positions:
Number of Positions: 04
Duty Stations: Peshawar, Mansehra, Chitral, DI Khan
Age Limit: 28-45 years
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years of education in Gender Studies or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field with a national, international, or public sector organization.
Number of Positions: 07
Duty Stations: Peshawar, DI Khan, Mansehra, Chitral, Swat
Age Limit: 26-45 years
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience at a similar level in a public sector organization or public sector development projects.
Excellent project reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Duty Station: Peshawar
Age Limit: 26-45 years

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website. Before applying and depositing the fee, they must print an E-Sahulat token from the website and verify their CNIC from a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise.
Only eligible candidates meeting the criteria will be shortlisted for interviews, strictly in accordance with the Project Policy 2022 and guidelines.
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility requirements by the last date of application submission.
Incomplete applications and applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each position with a separate fee.
The employer reserves the right to accept or reject any application with valid reasons for rejection.
These positions are purely contractual, with no chance of confirmation. Selected candidates will be offered a one-year renewable contract, subject to satisfactory performance.
No TA/DA will be admissible for tests or interviews.
Candidates with foreign degrees must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC.
Any errors or changes in the number of posts are subject to rectification by the authority.

After submitting the online application, a prescribed deposit slip (with token number, project code, and personal details) will be generated.

Keep the original deposit slip (Candidate Copy) stamped by the bank and do not share it with anyone.
Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documents for scrutiny.
Availability of the Online Application Form: 10th March 2025.
Last date for submission of applications: 21st March 2025.
Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.
Candidates must provide an active mobile number (do not use a converted or ported number).
Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No Slip.
No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test.
