SITUATION VACANT

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and career-oriented professionals for the National Health Support Project (NHSP). These positions are offered on a contract basis until 30th June, 2026 (with possible extension), and are based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Market-based salaries will be offered to the selected candidates.

Available Positions

1. Finance Officer (PPS-7)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree/specialization in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • 8–10 years in managing budgets and financial activities in both public and private health sectors.

    • Strong command over administrative and financial policies and procedures.

    • Proven reporting and analytical skills.

    • Proficiency in English.

    • Computer literacy including MS Office and email.

    • Adaptable, committed, and flexible attitude.

2. Procurement Officer (PPS-7)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Qualification: Master's degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field such as Business Studies, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Commerce, etc., from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • 5–7 years of relevant procurement experience.

    • Knowledge and hands-on experience with procurement processes and logistics management.

    • Preference given to candidates with experience in NGOs/Donor-funded projects, especially USAID-funded projects.

3. Internal Auditor (PPS-7)

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Qualification: MBA in Finance, ACMA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years in audit and financial management.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of financial policies and procedures.

    • Strong reporting and communication skills.

    • Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and email.

4. Database Officer (PPS-7)

  • No. of Posts: 02

  • Qualification: MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Statistics.

  • Experience:

    • 5–7 years of experience in data and database management.

    • Proven ability to analyze data, preferably health-related.

    • Proficiency with database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL.

    • Skilled in SPSS and MS Excel.
