Financial Analyst (One Position)
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting the senior Financial Analyst in completing the assigned tasks related to financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role involves following financial formats, preparing reports for IMTBE departments, and assisting with the preparation of trade reports. The individual will help organize workshops and training sessions for MTBE team members, officials, and drawing officers (DDO). The Financial Analyst will also assist in compiling comprehensive surveys, performance reports, and aligning objectives with strategic goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Economics from a recognized HEC university.
• Minimum professional experience in financial analysis, public sector or financial institution.
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel).
• Knowledge of Sindh Government’s rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.

Senior Fiscal and Financial Manager (One Position)
The Senior Manager will design financial strategies and support medium-term financial plans. The responsibilities include collaborating with departments to develop a strategic roadmap, maintaining financial discipline, and preparing performance reports. The individual will also manage service delivery reports, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the security of sensitive data.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Finance (MBA, CMA, ACCA, CA).
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a progressive organization, with a focus on financial strategy, public sector experience, or economic research.
• Age limit: 35 years or younger.
• Expertise in report preparation and key performance indicator (KPI) analysis.

Data Entry Operator (One Position)
The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for data entry into computer systems, reviewing and verifying the accuracy of entered data, ensuring the proper completion of tasks. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders and provide assistance with performance reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of data management and computer literacy.
• Age limit: 30 years or younger.

Additional Information:

• The appointments will be on a contract basis for an initial term of one year, extendable based on performance.
