PEM Specialist (Planning & Budgeting)
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance), MSc. (Finance), M.Com., MA (Economics) (at least 2nd division)
- A professional qualification like ICMA, CA, ACCA
- A PhD in Economics/Finance/Administration (preferably from HEC recognized universities)
Experience:
- 8 years of experience in relevant fields of performance-based budgeting, public financial management, or similar work.
- Strong analytical, quantitative skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Age Limit:
- Preferably below 63 years as of the date of the advertisement.
FM Specialist
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance), MSc. (Finance), M.Com., MA (Economics) (at least 2nd division)
- Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, ICMA, etc.) preferred
- PhD in relevant fields like Economics/Finance/Business Administration (preferably) from HEC-recognized universities
Experience:
- 12 years of experience in the public sector financial management, budgeting, auditing, and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of public financial management, legal and statutory expertise, SAP/ERP systems for report generation, and understanding of budgetary and financial policy in the province.
- Experience with SAP and other financial reporting tools is a plus.

Junior PEM Specialist (Planning & Budgeting)
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance), MSc. (Finance), M.Com., MA (Economics) (at least 2nd division)

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in policy analysis, project planning, public financial management, or related fields.
- Expertise in research, trend analysis, and understanding the regulatory and financial framework of the province.

SAP-FI Functional Specialist
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- Certification in Business/Financial Management or related fields.
- Expertise in analyzing budgeting policies, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing SAP-based financial systems.
Experience:
- Strong skills in SAP-FI, troubleshooting, and analyzing financial data.
- Experience in using SAP reports for financial analysis and management.
SAP-HCM Functional Specialist
Position: 1
Qualifications:
- Graduate (preferably a Master's degree)
- SAP certification in HCM (Human Capital Management) functional area
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant functional experience in SAP-HCM modules, payroll management, and financial report generation.
