Recruitment Advertisement for Ex-Servicemen – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police (District Gharm)

Reference:

Based on the Finance Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s notification BO (NMD-III)/FD/MAS/3-57/S/2024/Ex-servicemen dated 2025-02-04 and English Circular No. 2025-02-25, applications are invited from eligible and qualified Ex-Servicemen for the following vacant positions in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police (District Gharm). The details are as follows:

Available Positions:

  1. Police Rank

    • Army Rank: SP (18-BS) / Retired Major
    • Age Limit: Below 50 years
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      1. Must have retired from the Pakistan Army within the last 10 years.
      2. Must have a clean service record and should not have been dismissed from service.
      3. As of the advertisement date, the maximum age should not exceed 50 years, and the minimum height should be 5 feet 4 inches.

  2. Sub-Inspector (14-BS)

    • Army Rank: CO (Commanding Officer)
    • Age Limit: Below 50 years
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      1. Must have retired from the Pakistan Army or Civil Armed Forces within the last 10 years.
      2. Must have a clean service record and should not have been dismissed from service.
      3. As of the advertisement date, the maximum age should not exceed 50 years, and the minimum height should be 5 feet 4 inches.

  3. Naib Subedar (09-BS)

    • Army Rank: Non-Commissioned Officer
    • Age Limit: Below 50 years
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      1. Must have retired from the Pakistan Army or Civil Armed Forces within the last 10 years.
      2. Must have a clean service record and should not have been dismissed from service.
      3. As of the advertisement date, the maximum age should not exceed 50 years, and the minimum height should be 5 feet 4 inches.

  4. Havaldar (07-BS)

    • Army Rank: Lance Naik
    • Age Limit: Below 50 years
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      1. Must have retired from the Pakistan Army or Civil Armed Forces within the last 10 years.
      2. Must have a clean service record and should not have been dismissed from service.
      3. As of the advertisement date, the maximum age should not exceed 50 years, and the minimum height should be 5 feet 4 inches.

Additional Information:

  1. The above-mentioned vacancies are temporary and will be valid until June 30, 2026, with possible extensions based on performance.
  2. Selected candidates will be deployed in District Gharm, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
  3. Only candidates with a domicile in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be eligible for recruitment.
  4. No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be provided.
  5. Physically fit and suitable candidates will be given preference.
  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  7. Recruited candidates will not be entitled to pensions or other benefits.
  8. Candidates must provide an active mobile number in their application.
  9. Applicants must submit attested copies of their educational certificates, CNIC, and relevant field certificates to the AIG Establishment, Central Police Office, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication during office hours.
