Qualifications & Key Responsibilities

Manager Treasury (Banking & Finance)

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance), ACCA, or CFA with at least 5 years of experience in:
    • Financing/Credit
    • Treasury/Trade
    • Investment Banking
    • Corporate Affairs
    • Preferably in capital markets and IPO readiness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage short-term and long-term borrowing facilities
  • Handle multiple bank relationships for liquidity and trade-related activities
  • Assist the Company Secretary in corporate and secretarial affairs (e.g., SECP filings)
  • Manage effective servicing of Boards and Committees
  • Support financial modeling, risk management, and strategic decision-making processes

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

In-Charge Treasury (Banking & Finance)

Qualifications:

  • BS (Banking and Finance), BBA/MBA (Finance), or ACCA with 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations (preferably in a manufacturing concern)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple bank relationships for liquidity, treasury, and trade-related activities, including export/import documentation
  • Handle leasing, loans, and finance cost calculations
  • Documentation and filing of bank-related documents
  • Preference for candidates with experience in SAP B1/ERP software

Skills:

  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment

.NET Application Developer

Qualifications:

  • BSCS, BS IT, or BSEE with 2-3 years of relevant experience in ERP and .NET development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Stack Development expertise in .NET and C#
  • Hands-on experience with back-end development and database integration
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining software using the .NET framework (e.g., ASP.NET, C#, MVC)
  • Write efficient and optimized queries while collaborating with the database team
  • Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills
