SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following vacant post in FEB&GIF, located at Benevolent Fund Tower, Blue Area, Islamabad. The initial contract period is for two years, which is extendable based on satisfactory performance and mutually agreed terms and conditions. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, including experience with high-rise buildings (7 stories or above), as per the existing building code of Pakistan.

Vacant Post Details

Position:

Project Director (85-20)
Job Type: Contract (2 years, extendable based on performance)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Education:

    • A university degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized foreign or local university in the first division.

  2. Experience:

    • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the construction of high-rise projects.

  3. Skills:

    • Sound knowledge of construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts.

    • Proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, and MS Excel.

    • Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  4. Certifications (Preferred):

    • Certified PMP (Project Management Professional).

    • Professional Engineer degree recognized by PEC.

    • A degree in Project Management or Engineering Management, and knowledge of Primavera would be an added advantage.

Upper Age Limit:

  • 60 years on the closing date of the application.

Quota:

  • Merit-based selection.

Pay Package:

  • Fixed salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per market standards.
